Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of word of mouth marketing strategy on the level of sales in Tengger Embroidery Computer Purworejo. In this study, researchers used qualitative research. The data is sourced from documents owned by Tengger Bordir Komputer Purworejo and direct interviews with the owners, consumers, or employees of the company. The results show that the implementation of WOM strategy in the company has been running well and generate reference groups that help marketing quickly. Although every year has a significant increase in sales, but each month experience fluctuations that occur due to different needs of embroidery in certain months. Based on sales tables and interviews with owners, employees, and consumers of the company, it can be concluded that WOM marketing strategy impact on increasing sales in Tengger Embroidery Computer Purworejo.
