Abstract

 

This study aims to determine employee discipline Purworejo District Secretariat offices , know the efforts that need to be done Purworejo Secretariat office to maintain or improve employee discipline and knowing what is the most dominant factor affecting employee discipline Purworejo Secretariat.

Analysis using a Likert scale and descriptive techniques kuantitiatif. The technique uses data presentation techniques and tabulation percentage. Based on the analysis and discussion can be seen that the overall level of employee discipline Purworedjo District Secretariat office either, because of the control    (80 %) , order (83 %) and penalty (75 %) gained on average the number 79,33 . This means that the level of discipline has been good . Efforts need to be made ​​of the District Secretariat Purworejo to maintain or improve employee discipline is more strict supervision , the application of sanctions for violators and rewards for employees who excel . The most dominant factor affecting employee discipline Purworedjo District Secretariat is a factor that is 83 % discipline means discipline through employee discipline will create a high.
