Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out ADD In Kalisemo Village, to know the implementation / Application of ADD in Kalisemo Village About SILTAP Village Head and Village Device and to know Evaluation of ADD about SILTAP Village Head and Village Device in Kalisemo Village. In this research type of data used qualitative data. Sources of data used are primary data, secondary data, information and analogical situation. Technique snippet / sample data source used is social citation. The types of data collection used in this research method are observation, interview / interview, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study consider the 3 main components that must be understood and observed each researcher that is, data reduction, data copy and withdrawal of conclusions or verifikas. In data validation or data validity testing is an important factor in research. This research uses triangulation technique. The data presentation techniques using descriptions and explained by qualitative, analyzed through descriptive explanations. ADD in the village of Kalisemo subdistrict Loano is paid twice a year. In addition, the application of ADD on Fixed Income (SILTAP) of Village Head and Village Device is set at the maximum limit of 60% of Total ADD. Implementation of ADD on SILTAP Village Head and Village Device in Kalisemo Village that SILTAP in Kalisemo village implementation has fulfilled above maximum limit of 60% and implementation of ADD spending expenditure at SILTAP Village Head and Village Device is applied according to existing rule that is now SILTAP so one with ADD.
