Human resources is an organization that was instrumental asset and its function can not be replaced by other resources. Working attitude of mutual respect, respect and comply with regulations set by the organization, whether written or unwritten is an attitude that must be implemented by employees to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee discipline Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Purworejo. Methods of research used quantitative approach and kualiatif. Analyses were performed using the figures and also the interpretation of the sentence number. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques and quantitative Likert scale. Data presentation techniques using techniques percentage and tabulation.
Based on the analysis and discussion can be seen that the general factor of threat, welfare, firmness, participation, objectives and capabilities, and exemplary leadership of effect of 84% of the discipline in the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Purworejo. Efforts need to be made of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Purworejo to maintain or improve employee discipline is to disseminate perundanan regulations concerning discipline civil servants, closer scrutiny, the application of sanctions for offenders and the award for outstanding employees. The most dominant factor influencing employee discipline in the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Purworejo is a factor that is 96% meaning welfare through the fulfillment of the employee welfare level of discipline will be realized
