Abstract

School-based management requires innovation and creativity stake holders school itself in implementing the school management. Advance whether the school is determined by the ability of school stakeholders in managing the process in schools. One thing that is very important to guarantee the existence of the school is the quality of services provided to customers (students and parents). Customer relationship management systems provide an alternative how to give good service so that the school can guarantee customer service satisfaction. Customer service in education coincides with the running processes in the delivery of education in schools. Success will impact satisfaction guarantee on quality improvement outcomes in the school
