Abstract

 

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance STIE Rajawali Purworejo. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study a number of 25 people. Data collection techniques by using a questionnaire , and then the data is tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, t test and F test with SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that the organizational culture variables (X1) is partially negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) STIE Rajawali Purworejo. Work motivation variable (X2) is partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) STIE Rajawali Purworejo, organizational commitment variable (X3) partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) STIE Rajawali Purworejo, organizational culture variables (X1), work motivation (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) simultaneously positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) STIE Rajawali Purworejo.
