Abstract

Preparation of this paper aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment on the performance of junior high school teacher at Purwareja Klampok District and to determine and analyze the dominant variable affecting the performance of a teacher of Junior High School District at Purwareja Klampok.

The method used in this research is using survey methods and ways of collecting data with a questionnaire distributed and filled out by respondents. The research was conducted at the Junior High School District at Purwareja Klampok. There are sample of 77 people were selected by random sampling method proporsionate. To analyze used multiple regression method.

The results showed that partially spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance of a teacher at the Junior High School District at Purwareja Klampok Banjarnegara district.Variables dominant influence teacher performance is emotional intelligence.
