Abstract

For managing human resources is required of a leader in managing the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance.

The research was conducted at PT. Plantation Tambi Wonosobo (Persero), respondents who used as many as 67 employees, using multiple linear regression (Ghozali, 2006). The results showed the leadership styles of work motivation and organizational culture has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. The results showed the leadership styles of the coefficient of 0.279, 0.006 with a significance level of 3.506 t test value, so the influence of leadership styles on employee performance is a significant and positive.; Motivation for the coefficient 0.437, significance level of 0.000 to 3.964 t test value, so the influence of motivation to work the performance of employees is significant and positive; coefficient value of 0.301 organizational culture, with a significance level of 0.001 3.682 t test value, so the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is a significant and positive. Motivation of the most dominant influence on employee performance than other variables because it has a value greater t test.
