Abstract

The aim the research is to know and analyze service and
product quality toward the consumers’ satisfaction in
Bentuman Restaurant Semarang. The population used
unlimited population because the number of consumers can’t
be counted exactly. The analysis test used correlation product
moment. The result of this research is as follows : (1) there is a
reliable contribution, responsiveness, physically evident,
guaranty, empathy, toward the service quality which is proved
by the value sig. 0.000; (2)There is special contribution,
performance, appropriateness, prevention, reliable, easy to be
fixed, style and framework toward the quality product which is
proved by sig 0.000; (3) there is influence between the service
and product quality toward consumers’ satisfaction is proved
by t test 3,953.
