Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Work Environment Employee Performance Against SMP Negeri 3 Purworejo . Population of about 18 people in this study the authors take all population as the sample of 18 employees (census method). In this research, data analysis methods used are: simple regression, the coefficient of determination, and t test .

Based on research by the author finally obtained results magnitude of coefficient of determination equal to 0.245 or 24.5 % , this means that the variable performance of employees by 24.5 % influenced by the work environment variables, while 76.5 % is influenced by other variables studied were promotion, leadership, morale, discipline, work culture and so forth. Hypothesis testing is known to have a positive and significant influence among the working environment variables (X) on employee performance (Y) .
